1. I agree to comply with all rules, conditions and directions stipulated in this Terms and Conditions document regarding the facility and its equipment use and personal behavior of members whilst using the Gym.
2. To the best of my knowledge, I believe that my state of health and physical condition is such that the proper use of the Gym facilities in accordance to the Terms and Conditions which apply thereto will not pose any risk to my health and wellbeing.
3. I acknowledge and fully agree that my use of the services, facilities, equipment or apparatus of the Gym will be undertaken at my own risk.
4. I agree that I have been shown how to use the gym equipment and machinery safely by Centro staff, or you have proven that you have previous knowledge and capable of using it without supervision. It is my responsibility to train correctly and I do so at my own risk. Centro health and Fitness Club is not liable for any injuries caused by improper use of the Fitness/Gym Equipment.
5. Exercise may be a risk to my physical health and safety if not done properly and I acknowledge that it is Centro Health & Fitness Club’s recommendation that I consult a physician prior to using any equipment on the premises, engaging in any exercise program or activity, undertaking any food or diet program, whether or not such program is recommended by Centro Health & Fitness Club. I understand that neither Centro Health & Fitness Club nor the advice of any member of the Centro Health & Fitness Club personnel is a substitute for medical advice.
6. Exercise is demanding and there are innate risks associated with an exercise regime and the gym environment. Exercising may cause serious injury, paralysis or death. I participate in exercise at Centro Health & Fitness at my own risk. I release, indemnify and hold harmless the Centro Fitness & Health Club, its owners, managers, staff and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever or any liability that results from the breach of an express or implied warranty that the Centro Fitness & Health Club will be rendered with responsible care or skill.
7. In the event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Centro Health & Fitness Club in respect of that injury or damage
